It all begins with the food!
Maybe you want to lose a little weight. Maybe you want to build some muscle. Or maybe you’re happy where you are & want to maintain. Whatever it is, the way you’ll achieve that goal will start with the food you eat.
All you need to do is put your gender, goal, weight & activity level in the calculator. It will return your maintenance calories along with the calories & macros to achieve your goal.
Hitting the number of calories is the most important thing you’ll do, followed by the protein target. It will give you a high carbs low fat split but if you prefer more dietary fat… reduce the carbs.
